We are delighted that Zoe Heald of Isle of Mull Yoga is returning to Achaban House in 2024 to run four Yoga and Meditation retreats.  The first retreat is a four-night Easter Vitality Yoga Retreat from Friday April 5th – Tuesday April 9th. If you feel the need to revitalise body, mind and spirit after the winter months, then this is the retreat for you. This all-inclusive retreat is exceptional value for a maximum of six guests, with prices from £795 - £975 depending on room choice. The rooms in Achaban House offer warmth, peace and tranquillity, within surroundings which foster and encourage nature, the perfect location for a Yoga & Meditation Retreat.  Choose a private room or share with one other guest.

Zoe’s approach to Yoga focuses on individual guidance, calm, relaxation and reconnecting with the inner self and nature. As a long-time resident of the Isle of Mull, Zoe knows how to take full advantage of the fabulous natural resources of the Ross of Mull and Iona, and guests will have the opportunity to take part in spectacular beach and nature walks and wild swimming as well as daily meditation and yoga. The price for the retreats is all-inclusive including all meals, accommodation, activities and teaching. The menu is vegetarian, with an emphasis on locally-sourced organic produce, freshly cooked by the retreat Chef. Special diets are catered for.
